1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777fx platform at https://777fx.app (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777fx Platform. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777fx regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

777fx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 777fx Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 777fx enforces age verification through CNIC identity checks and will close any account found to be held by a minor.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 777fx is lawful in your location.
3. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a professional player in a manner intended to circumvent 777fx's systems.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online casino gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with 777fx or any other registered gaming operator.

777fx reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that cannot provide satisfactory verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting on 777fx, you are required to create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to promptly update your account details should any information change.

1. One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 777fx account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or aliases, is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777fx Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777fx does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR transactions.

1. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within 30 seconds.
2. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. 777fx does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.
3. 777fx reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions exceeding specified thresholds and to request supporting documentation for the source of funds.
4. Balances in your 777fx account are held for gaming purposes only. They do not accrue interest and do not constitute a banking or investment instrument.
5. 777fx reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction that it suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or otherwise in violation of applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

777fx may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms announced at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.

1. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
2. 777fx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or promotional credit if it believes the offer has been claimed in bad faith, using multiple accounts, or through coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
3. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
4. 777fx reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules govern all bets and wagers placed on the 777fx Platform:

1. All bets are final once confirmed. 777fx does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system.
2. 777fx reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or traded in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or in circumstances where a material error is identified.
3. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 777fx's decision, based on available official data and internal records, shall be final.
4. Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Limits are stated in the relevant bet slip or market information panel.
5. 777fx reserves the right to limit the maximum stakes accepted from any individual account at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777fx Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly in live poker or multi-player table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your account.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Any conduct that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777fx Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, images, and interface designs, is the proprietary property of 777fx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 777fx content without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777fx, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

777fx does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability. 777fx's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 777fx account at the time the claim arises.

10. Responsible Gaming

777fx is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits.
• Loss limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.

You may close your own 777fx account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after applicable checks are completed, provided no Terms breach is identified.

12. Privacy

By using the Platform, you consent to such processing. 777fx will not sell your personal data to third parties. 13. Amendments to These Terms
